I am careful about the data I share on the Internet and I expect you are as well. So I wouldn't subject you to any policy which I wouldn't appreciate myself as a visitor.

• I will let you know in advance (although it is hardly likely) if and when I collect any personally identifiable information. I will not share this information with anyone else unless required by law or to dissociate my involvement with any unethical practice.

• If there is a conflict of interest involved, I will declare it in fully clear terms as possible.

• My activities as an Investment Management Professional are bound by CFA Institute's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. This is the best benchmark to which I can personally identify as a responsible professional and a human being.

• I reserve the right to modify any or all of these provisions as required in future and I will notify you automatically in case you are continually associated with this site or in case you opt to be informed separately.

• Any arbitrations or legal matters (if they ever occur) shall be settled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Hyderabad, India and/or under any associated Regulatory provisions mandated by the Government of India.
